EPF. & MP Act, 1952.
Applicability of EPF & MP Act 1952:-
To every establishment which is a factory engaged in any industry specified in schedule I and in which twenty or more person are employed.
Any establishment employing twenty or more persons or class of such establishment which the central Govt. may by notification in the official gazette specify in this behalf.
To any other establishment employing less then twenty persons, can also be covered u/s 1(4) of the act by notification provided that the employer and the majority of the employees are agreed that the provisions of this Act should be made applicable to them.
Services offered
(1) Preparation and submission of monthly PF contribution in the prescribed challans.
(2) Preparation and submission of monthly return in form 12A.
(3) Preparation and submission of monthly return in 5 & 10.
(4) Preparation and submission of Nomination forms in form 2
(5) Preparation and submission of Annual Return in form 3A and 6A.
(6) Preparation of Eligibility register.
(7) Preparation and submission of withdrawal forms in form 19 and 10C.
(8) Preparation and submission of form 13 for transfer of funds.
(9) Preparation and submission of Loan application in form 31.
